Incorrect Size

We do accept an exchange if your purchase is found to be the incorrect size. Please refer to the details listed in this policy.

 

Terms & Conditions of all Returns

  1. Colour differences are not considered to be a fault. Monitors can display colours differently. We strive to represent all our products as accurately as possible. If you have any questions regarding colours, please contact us before ordering.
  2. We cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged as result of the care instructions not being followed.
  3. We do not accept returns where the garments are damaged through normal wear and tear.
  4. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack your return safely and take note of your tracking details.
  5. All products must be returned in new condition with original tags still attached. The items cannot be worn, scented, washed, damaged, broken, or altered in any way.
  6. All associated costs of shipping your returns/exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
  7. You may only request an exchange once for an order, that being, Lil Posie will not exchange an already exchanged item.
  8. You must request a return within 30 days of the date your Order was marked as shipped to be eligible for a return.
  9. Returns must include your name and order number so we can identify your return. Without these details we will be unable to process your return.
  10. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of your return request. Your return will automatically be closed after this date, please be sure to ship your return promptly.

 

Final Sale Items

All products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy, unless the item is deemed as faulty.

 

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. This includes any return other than a faulty item.

You may request an exchange within 30 days of your Order Shipped date.

We will provide a credit for exchanged item cost; all associated shipping costs will be at your expense.

Change of Mind Exchange will incur a processing fee of 2% of the total purchase amount.

Please note: Final Sale Items cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

Exchange

You can request an exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped; all associated shipping costs will be at your expense.

If there isn't a correct size available, we will refund you the price of the item.

Items that have already been exchanged cannot be exchanged a second time.

Exchanges due to incorrect choice of colour or design are classed as Change of Mind - please refer to Change of Mind statement in previous section above.

We provide individual size charts for each item and endeavour to display each item as accurately as possible. Some photos are taken by photographers and may show colour variations.

Floral placement will vary with each print, we do not accept returns because of print placement.

If you are uncertain about sizing or colour please contact us for help before placing your order.

 

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact our customer care team via email at customerservice@lilposie.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ship the correct item to you immediately and pay for the return shipping of the item received incorrectly. 

 

Faulty Returns

We do our utmost to quality control all items before they are shipped. We hope you never receive a faulty item and are very sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing.

If your order includes a faulty item, please contact our customer care team via email at customerservice@lilposie.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace with the identical item as per Australian Consumer Law. If the identical item is unavailable we will either refund you or replace with an item of your choice to the same value, once the fault has been verified.

Out of Stock Items

We strive in keeping an accurate stock count for all items available on our website. If your order includes an items which is out of stock, we will contact you to provide you an estimated wait time for new stock to become available; if this is not acceptable we will offer you a refund.

 

Consumer Guarantee

Our returns policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or any reduction in value of the product (if you choose to keep it).Where an item is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law may not apply and Lil Posie may not provide a refund or exchange. Lil Posie will require an original proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Merchandise marked as seconds or sample product must be chosen carefully as these items cannot be returned due to the fault that was identified at the time of purchase. If the seconds or sample product exhibits a fault (not related to the fault identified at the time of purchase), is not fit for purpose or is incorrectly described, it may be returned in accordance with the above consumer guarantees.
